Reason for Change:
Overlay (v4 and Dualstack) step templates were unable to be called for individual OS E2E.
Using
os.parameterif blocks forwindows | linuxwill solve problems it had with re-running, timeout control, incorrect failure logs based around the OS, and result in improved AZP analytics for failed jobs/steps.Issue Fixed:
