Feature Request

When attempting to create a resource that already exists, the API returns the error but does not distinguish the name or resource ID of the existing resource. The resource ID would be extremely helpful when identifying the resource for inspection, deletion, or importing into stateful deployment tools like Terraform and Pulumi.
