…ation token status + envtest Part 07 of an 8-patch split of Azure#373. Second AFD reconciler: FrontDoorCustomDomain. - pkg/controllers/hub/frontdoorcustomdomain/controller.go — reconciles FrontDoorCustomDomain CRs into AFDCustomDomain resources on the parent FrontDoorProfile, surfacing the DNS validation token in Status.DNSValidationToken so operators can add the TXT record. - pkg/controllers/hub/frontdoorcustomdomain/suite_test.go + controller_integration_test.go — envtest suite covering happy path, parent-profile-not-programmed, and validation token surfacing. - test/common/azurefrontdoor/fakeprovider/{endpoint,customdomain}.go — in-memory armcdn fakes for endpoints and custom domains. Depends on API types from PATCH 03, SDK bundle from PATCH 04, and binary from PATCH 05. Sibling to PATCH 06 (frontdoorprofile).
