Fixed
Citations returned as absolute URLs for the solution's own storage account
were dropped. The legacy resolution path returned such a URL unsigned,
producing a broken link, and the secured path discarded the citation
entirely. Both paths now normalize the URL back to a container-relative path
before resolution, so the legacy path signs it with a SAS and the secured
path issues a session-bound /api/download/ grant after its existing
per-document authorization check. URLs pointing at external hosts, and URLs
that already carry a signature, are left untouched.
Validation
unit-tests workflow green on the release commit: 410 tests, up from 405,
the five new ones covering both resolution paths plus the external-host and
already-signed cases.
