Weilanx Base Table now runs in Obsidian (desktop and mobile), using the same table UI and the same files as the VS Code extension.

Install

Let your agent do it:

Install the Weilanx Base Table plugin for me (VS Code / Obsidian).

  • VS Code / Cursor: weilanx-base-table.vsix below, or curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure12355/weilanx-base-table/main/scripts/install.sh | bash
  • Obsidian: main.js, manifest.json, styles.css below into <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/weilanx-base-table/, or ... | bash -s -- --obsidian "/path/to/vault", or BRAT with Azure12355/weilanx-base-table

New

  • Obsidian plugin: follows your theme, [[note]] links in cells (renaming a note updates every table), table-scoped undo / redo, broken files are never overwritten, phone layout
  • New file extension .wbase (Obsidian's core Bases plugin owns .base). VS Code opens both; right-click a .base file and choose Convert to .wbase
  • [[note]] links also work in VS Code (opens the matching .md in the workspace)

Fixed

  • Filter conditions were empty for long text fields

Weilanx 多维表格支持 Obsidian 了(桌面端 + 手机端),和 VS Code 版共用同一套界面和文件。新文件扩展名为 .wbase,旧的 .base 在 VS Code 里右键「转换为 .wbase」即可两边通用。安装方式见 中文 README。

First public release of Weilanx Base Table, multidimensional tables for VS Code stored as plain JSON.

  • Multiple views with filters (16 operators), multi-field sorting, collapsible grouping, frozen columns
  • 8 field types with theme-aware colored tags; date and number formats
  • Inline editing, row multi-select, Cmd/Ctrl+C copies records as TSV + HTML
  • Undo / redo as real VS Code keybindings; export to CSV, Excel and JSON
  • English and Simplified Chinese UI, sidebar of all .base files in the workspace
