jelly v1.0.0 - Initial Pre-Release

This is the first pre-release version of jelly, a terminal-based Jellyfin client.

• Basic Jellyfin library browsing with a terminal interface
• Library organization by movies and TV shows
• Season and episode navigation for TV series
• Media playback via mpv (Linux/Windows) or iina (macOS)
• Early implementations of continue watching and next-up (may be unstable)
