Updates the plugin's Description in FlexDesigner with this English note:

Control Cider via FlexBar. On macOS, you may need to download the matching Apple Silicon or Intel package manually from GitHub Releases.

This is a metadata-only update; plugin behavior is unchanged from v1.3.0.
