Data interactions: signals (tactile, acoustic, electrical, visual, etc.) that must be processed from one subsystem to next.
Spatial interactions: geometrical dimensions, degrees of freedom, tolerances and constraints that must be maintained between the subsystems.
| Interactions | authentication | working | output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy interactions | yes | yes | yes |
| Data interactions | yes | no | yes |
| Material interaction | no | yes | no |
| Spatial interactions | yes | yes | yes |
There is energy interaction with all other sub systems (transmission of power). Data from user input is transferred to authentication system and the output system. There is material interaction with the working sub system, the liquid filled in the container is used by the spray. Spatial interaction exists between all sub systems.

| data interactions | yes | yes | no |
| Material interactions | no | no | no |
| Spatial interactions | yes | yes | yes |
The system is data interactive with user input system and the working system. Material interactions do not exist with any systems. All sub systems are spatially interactive.

Energy interaction exists with only the user input. Data interactions exist with all other subsystems for better functioning of the model. There is material interaction with the user input sub system. Spatial interaction exists with all other sub systems.
