ABSTRACT

White board cleaner machine.

The white board cleaner is an automated device which can clean the white board efficiently. The objective of developing this machine is its access ability. This device can be operated with the given range from any position. The main motto of this machine is converting human work into the machine work as we all know that the future is more exiting and there is need for the automated systems into the market so to enhance that the concept of the white board cleaner was brought. Not only this there are many automated systems designed under PBL.

Overview of our machine:

The machine is portable.

The machine is automatically operated using MIT app.

The machine has a privilege even of working in night time because of the flash provided to it.

It can be easily carried from one place to another using a wheeled stand provided to it.

Task efficiency of the machine

The task performed by the machine is very much efficient enough that by just controlling on the MIT app you can access the working of your system. The machine working follows a Rack and pinion mechanism and when required and helps in cleaning of the white board. The machine’s mechanism is controlled by set of 2 gears. Each wiper is moved by the use of the 1 gears. The gears are made up of nylon, plastic material.

The 3 main sub divisions are:

Wipers: They are generally made up of the foam sheet and there is a sponge stick on it. The rough material like a matty surface is placed on the sponge in this way the wiper is made by combining all the layers.

Aurdino control: The aurdino consists of all the control of the dc motors which in turn causes the movement of the total machine.

Rack and pinion: The movement of the wiper is totally based on the this rack and pinion mechanism. The mechanism has 2 gears and 4 racks. There are 2 motors in the mechanism.
