Reading Vault 1.0.4

Two fixes for highlights.

• The colour pop-up for a new highlight now appears wherever you let go of the mouse button. Before, if you finished selecting a passage just past the text (in the margin after the last word of a line, below the page, or outside it), the passage stayed selected but no pop-up appeared. PDFs had the same problem.
• A highlight that runs from one paragraph into the next no longer breaks the page. Before, the first paragraph split in the middle of a sentence, the colour did not show, and the rest of the text was pushed onto the next page. Highlights you already made now show correctly, and none of your notes are changed.

1.0.3 was never released; its fix is part of this version.

Tidy-up from Obsidian's directory review of 1.0.1: tidier styles, a clearer README section on the files kept outside your vault and on the Copy buttons, and signed release files. Nothing looks or works differently.

Fixes for what Obsidian's own review checks flagged on 1.0.0: fixed styles moved into the stylesheet, the Settings heading is now "Pro license", one console message removed. Buy Pro now opens the Workbench Goods store page. Nothing else looks different.
