Adds support for IS24 radius searches.

Pasting a radius search URL (a circle you draw around an address on immobilienscout24.de) previously failed with "Nicht unterstützte Filter: centerofsearchaddress, geocoordinates" and showed the search as "Deutschlandweit" — the location was dropped entirely. Radius URLs now work, and the preview shows the real centre and radius.

Fixed

  • Radius search URLs are parsed and sent to the IS24 mobile API correctly
  • Radius links missing their map coordinates are blocked with a clear message instead of silently failing
  • Map-drawn (shape) links are blocked up front rather than erroring at request time
  • Radius searches are no longer auto-named "Radius · …"
  • Errors in the Add Search dialog now render in the app language instead of always English
