Super Castlevania IV v0.2.0 — setup packs

These packs do not contain the game. Each holds a setup program, the
recompiler and the source; on first run it takes your own copy of
Super Castlevania IV (USA).sfc (SHA-256 0ef6f4cce5a2273fa49fe1ce724e0048a8e39c91da6b00dbb693fe1ba909177d), recompiles it locally, and builds
the playable game. No ROM data is included or downloaded.

The portable build tools (cmake-clang-v1) are embedded in every pack.
