Prosaic Runtime 0.7.1 — pure workflow admission
Exports pure validate_execution_artifact, validate_custom_tools and custom_descriptors for public workflow admission. Execution shares route, effort and provider-control validation; acquisition inherits the final agent's effective execution context. Admission invokes no models, callbacks or CLI probes.
Source/tag commit: 47ac9952638249dc78ec037a485ba5104cf1ec8c. Pins Core 0.3.2 at af7d90e178f61d53ba71bcc61c41c3ef7f941b4c.
Qualification passed:
- 495 local Runtime tests, one interpreter opt-in skip; nine focused release-wiring tests.
- Native matrix: Linux AMD64/ARM64 and macOS on Python 3.11/3.12/3.13, operational sandbox checks, PostgreSQL 16/18 recorder checks.
- Wheel/source builds, clean declared-dependency installation through immutable GitHub pins and installed native-tool workflow smoke.
- Downloaded distributions verified against
SHA256SUMS-0.7.1.txtand staged bytes before publication.
Includes the unchanged-compatible PostgreSQL recorder 0.1.1 as a separately installed wheel/source distribution. Runtime owns usage evidence; authorization and customer charging remain application-owned. VERIFICATION-0.7.1.json records exact native results and artifact hashes.
Install from the immutable tag or release assets. GitHub distributes these packages; no npm or PyPI publication. Qualification uses synthetic loopback providers and does not certify production deployment or external providers.
Prosaic Runtime 0.7.0
Runtime 0.7.0 adds bounded native Anthropic Messages text, SSE streaming and Runtime-managed tools. Existing profiles retain OpenAI-compatible defaults; unsupported Anthropic options fail explicitly and unknown/partial usage remains untrusted.
Includes PostgreSQL recorder 0.1.1 with read-only schema, types, constraints and runtime-grant readiness checks. Stored accounting format is unchanged; customer charging remains application-owned.
Verification: local 456 core tests passed with one interpreter-specific skip; 39 recorder tests passed on PostgreSQL 16 and 18, zero skips and verified owned cleanup. Core/adapter wheels and sdists built; a clean declared-dependency install verified imports, versions and CLI. All 11 native CI jobs passed across Linux AMD64/ARM64, macOS, Python 3.11/3.12/3.13 and PostgreSQL 16/18: https://github.com/B3Cognition/prosaic-runtime/actions/runs/37961267252. The earlier failed heartbeat timing test was reproduced and corrected; its CI receipt is preserved. No paid inference.
Assets contain both distributions and SHA256SUMS-0.7.0.txt. Install the Runtime wheel before its optional recorder adapter. Prosaic remains pinned to its immutable 0.3.1 release.
Prosaic Runtime 0.6.0
Customer usage metering with backward-compatible default attribution, per-provider-call HTTP/SSE token observations, exact Decimal rate-card assessments and an optional durable PostgreSQL recorder. Unknown or unsupported usage remains unavailable. Accounting is opt-in; this release does not implement invoice charges or billing-platform export.
Includes the separately installed prosaic-runtime-postgres 0.1.0 wheel and source distribution. Install the Runtime core before the adapter; initialize and authorize database access explicitly.
Validation: Python 3.11–3.13 on Linux x86/ARM and macOS, plus PostgreSQL 16 and 18 accounting integration. Wheel and source distributions are accompanied by SHA-256 checksums.
