Using Git

If you are not familiar with git, then you will need to complete a git tutorial to make sure that we're all on the same page. You will find the start of the tutorial here. You need to complete enough of the tutorial to understand the following concepts:

• commits
• branching
• merging
• resolving merge conflicts
• pushing and pulling
• upstream origin
• blame

Once you have a good grasp for each of these concepts (whether by the tutorial link provided or otherwise), you are ready to start working.
