Community submission compatibility patch: use Obsidian native Setting headings at all four settings title creation sites. The left-tab/right-options layout is preserved. No editor, mention, block-drag, persistence or workspace behaviour changes.

Verification: strict typecheck, 1,302 tests, build, source audit and 48 native bilingual/light-dark/wide-narrow settings captures passed. See RELEASE-VERIFICATION.md for the exact scope.
