openagent-chat-groups 1.0.3

Move Chat Groups orchestration to the generic Host Bridge and shared capability client, removing Runtime implementation bindings. Add bounded host requests.

Requires an OpenAgent Runtime implementing the current generic plugin contract and Host Bridge; older Runtime-bound or package-flow implementations are not supported by this package.

Validation: package validator and repository tests passed. Functional qualification passed in an isolated native OpenAgent instance. The attached ZIP places plugin.json at the archive root.
