Plugin Developer / 插件开发助手 v1.8.0

Adds optional plugin discovery categories to the OpenAgent package standard, validator, JSON schema, authoring documentation and all starter templates. The kit declares the development category.

Categories: development, productivity, communication, automation, data, design and other. Missing categories remain uncategorized. Invalid values fail validation. Labels are localized by the client; categories grant no permissions. Plugin protocol remains 1. Older Runtimes ignore this optional metadata.

Frontend category and skeleton integration: e4a3959c (local delivery)

Validation: 155 kit tests passed; all templates validated. Packaged archive validates with required zh/en locales. Real Tauri Runtime archive installation, category summary, MCP workflow-state validation, and installed names/categories passed in light/dark and English/Chinese. The MCP status tool correctly instructs an unstarted workflow to begin with /openagent-plugin-kit:create. This release changes discovery metadata and authoring rules; orchestration executables are unchanged.
