Rezoom 1.1 makes the session list something you can steer by, and makes the app work on machines other than the one it was born on.

New

  • Live titles and output. External sessions show their Konsole window title; busy sessions stream their latest output into the list. Search matches live titles.
  • Beam it in / pop out. Move a running session between a Konsole window and Rezoom without restarting it (reptyr -T; Settings shows whether reptyr is ready).
  • Restart session (Ctrl+Shift+U) for Claude's "Restart to update".
  • Go to its window raises the Konsole tab running a session, built in.
  • Freeze detection installs from Settings in one click.
  • Codex sessions show up alongside Claude Code.
  • Keyboard overlay (Ctrl+Shift+/), attention title and taskbar badge.

Fixed

  • Order is stable across restarts; background resume no longer reshuffles or steals selection.
  • Tool-spawned sessions (commit reviewers in /tmp, claude-spawned claudes) are no longer adopted; rezoom-cli prune removes old ones.
  • Sessions running in two terminals at once are pinned to the right one and flagged.

Changed

  • Skipping Claude's "trust this folder?" prompt is now opt-in (off by default).
  • Commands run through your $SHELL instead of zsh.
  • Features that can't work on your machine are hidden rather than failing.

Install

Ubuntu 25.04+ / Debian with KF6: sudo apt install ./rezoom_1.1.0_amd64.deb (attached below by CI).
Fedora: dist/rezoom.spec. Arch: dist/PKGBUILD. macOS: build from source (see README).
