Added English and Japanese language support, along with sound card selection for specific configurations. Made the recorded decoder input feature optional and removed the DSP LOOP parameter adjustment card that was used for debugging.
Fixed display issues at certain UI scaling factors, as well as an issue where changing the sound card while the software was running could cause it to become unresponsive.
Added fast audio playback decoding without a throttle block. Added an option to upload data to SatNOGS; when clicking Upload, a dialog now asks the user to select the target satellite, as some users previously overlooked this option and accidentally submitted data to the wrong satellite.
Added separate taskbar icons for the upload proxy and DSP components to make them easier to distinguish. Doppler control has also been moved into a separate window.
