Ver 1.5.0 Beta B

Refactored the code directory and added dependencies for closed-source / pre-release binaries. The project can now complete the full packaging process on its own.

Improved several previously identified workflow issues, fixed UI sizing problems, removed unnecessary tabs from the DSP Qt interface, and added warnings for audio device errors.

Known issues:

• The original fast decoding function may be broken and has been temporarily removed from Beta B
• The Doppler window still has some text wrapping/layout issues

Waiting for testing:

• SatNOGS upload functionality

Next optimization goals:

• Improve the upgrade/update experience
• Fix fast decoding
• Add links to the navigation page
• Try integrating the BG2FWT decoder and optimize decoding performance

重构了代码目录，增加了闭源/预发布二进制的依赖，现在可以自行完成完整的打包了。
改进了先前发现的操作逻辑问题，修复了UI尺寸问题，删除了DSP QT的无意义标签卡，增加了声卡异常警告。

已知问题：

• 原有的快速解码可能存在故障，暂时从Bata B中移除
• 多普勒窗口存在文字折叠问题。

• 修复快速解码
• 增加导航页链接
• 尝试增加BG2FWT解码器，优化解码性能
