The third v0.2.0 beta: a notifications bell, and trends for quiet domains.

New

• Notifications bell at the top of the sidebar (the top bar on a phone). A red dot shows when the reports turn up something new:

  • New domain in your reports: a domain you haven't added or dismissed. Opens Settings → Domains.
  • A DKIM selector that isn't monitored yet: if the sender using it isn't approved yet, it opens that sender first. Once approved, it opens the domain's DKIM selectors.

  A notification clears itself once it's handled (domain added or dismissed, selector added, or its sender blocked), and org admins can dismiss one. Everyone in the organization sees the bell. New ones are looked for every 10 minutes.

Changed

• The trend now covers quiet domains: at least 10 messages in the last week, down from 20. To avoid false alarms where one failure moves the rate a lot, a trend also needs at least 3 more failed messages than usual for the domain. With fewer than 1,000 messages a week it uses an exact statistical test.
