Improved cat stability, added wobbliness

Changes:

• Cats are now wobbly and try to stand upright with a capsule collider
• Cat stability improved - less chance of falling over when driving a train

Fixed:

• Cat models didn't show up when game was loaded in Steel Mill or Farm
• Excessive mod log spam if mod failed to find a CattleZone with cats
