Changes sights and stocks to be a bit more interesting.
Features;
Sights now affect a weapon's stats. They also have different movement penalties when zoomed in. Sights with weaker zooms have less penalty.
Stocks, Exhausts, and Pistol Sights now have a bonus for being used with their matching manufacturer;
Bandit - Reduced weapon spread or increased accuracy.
Dahl - +1 to burst-fire count.
Hyperion - Slower accuracy loss, achieves max accuracy faster.
Jakobs - Small multiplicative critical damage bonus.
Maliwan - Increased DoT Damage and Chance.
Tediore - Passive ammunition regeneration for the active weapon.
Torgue - Small chance to ignore shields.
Vladof - Small chance to fire twice, Spiniguns spin longer and reach max spin faster.
