Enables elemental parts to spawn on most Jakobs weaponry (with a doubled elemental damage penalty) excluding Common weapons and the Gearbox Sniper Rifle, Greed, Twister, Stinkpot, and Cobra.
NOTE;
By giving the Jakobs weaponry an increased elemental penalty, it reduced the damage of the Cyber Eagle and Too Scoops. There are fixes for these at the bottom of the file, for both Vanilla and Unofficial Community Patch versions (if they exist), as well as versions for the Revolver mod's Cyber Eagle. Run this mod after the respective mods you use (Unofficial Community Patch versions on by default.)
