Description (from inside mod)

Fixes a lot of weird quirks and arbitrary decisions in how some prices are calculated
Affects all launchers, many weapon parts, Legendary Grenade Mods and some Legendary Shields
Required for "Better Rarity Prices" to work properly, but does not require it
Heavily recommended either way
