Restores the Pepperbox to the list of Jakobs pistols by adding the Vladof barrel to their spawn pool. This is effectively a cut content mod. Pepperbox takes 2 ammo per shot but adds a second projectile.
Note: breaks sanity checks. You MUST load this, or any Jakobs pistols with a Vladof barrel with disappear.
