Description (from inside mod)

Turns the Kerblaster into a useful weapon.
Doubles the projectile (Two rockets, which spawn 1 grenade each, 2 total).
No self-damage on the rocket and the grenade.
Cuts the cost of ammo to 2 per shot, effectively doubles magazine.
A sea-themed oceanic skin and rename.
Changes Kerblaster - Farmed from Midge-Mong in the Southern Shelf Bay, or as an item of the day in Torgue vending machines.
