Description (from inside mod)

By Aaron0000
S&S LITE
Completely overhauls the Bandit manufacturer into S&S from Borderlands 1.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THIS AND S&S FOREVER;
Does not have the ammo drain mechanic of S&S Forever.
Weapons cost ammo like normal but slowly regenerate ammo over time.
No changes made to some of the accessories.
List of Changes;
All Bandit items (excluding class mods and some unique/legendary/seraph items) have been reskinned and renamed. This includes gemstone skins (now Topaz) and prefixes. Names and prefixes are based off of space objects and the like (List of Prefixes and Titles can be found below. Only "Bandit" thing that remains is the logo in the item cards.
S&S Weapons have been globally rebalanced. The stats should be fairly balanced in all aspects (minus a penalty in fire rate). S&S weapons also have a 25% increased chance to inflict a status effect compared to other non-Maliwan manufacturers.
Uniques Weapons, Legendary Weapons, the Tattler, and the Sawbar have been replaced or adjusted. Details down below.
If using the community patch, load this file after the community patch. In general, load this file last.
NOTES:
Do not use this with S&S Forever.
It is highly recommended to use this with the "GemstoneFixes" patch. Otherwise Citrine, Emerald, and Garnet weapons will look improper.
Credit to Exotek for letting me use some of his code to make the Serpens slither side-to-side.
