PartMode public source snapshot: 2026-08-11

This is PartMode's first tagged public-source snapshot, published for reproducible evaluation and contribution. It is not an API-stability promise, a certified manufacturing release, or a prebuilt binary distribution.

Included in this tagged snapshot:

• the standalone PartMode product source under AGPL-3.0-only;
• contributor architecture and roadmap documentation;
• issue and pull request templates with explicit acceptance evidence;
• an 18-second verified browser workflow covering a human parameter edit, typed-agent preview and approval, exact OpenCascade rebuild, and STEP export; and
• a contributor-ready backlog spanning approachable, help-wanted, and expert work.

Verification:
