What changed

Fixed

• The built-in viewer shows a PDF in Chrome again, and its "Open in new
  tab" opens the PDF instead of downloading it
  (GitHub #124, reported by
  @chengjie). Since 0.48.0 filex's pages name the frames they may show of
  filex by path, and Chrome checks a PDF in the viewer's <object> against
  that list: the preview URL was not on it, so Chrome showed the "could not
  show" fallback instead of the document. A PDF's preview now has a path of
  its own, GET /api/files/pdf/{name}?path=, the one API path filex's pages
  may frame. It answers only a PDF, always as a preview, with the manager's
  checks and Range; servers that have it say pdf_preview in their
  capabilities, and the explorer uses it for PDFs there (an embed on an older
  server keeps the manager's URL). The fallback's Open in new tab pointed
  at the download; it now opens the preview, and Download still
  downloads (BACKEND.md).
