Lawmaster Cost Fix

Previous version fix did not actually fix the cost of the Lawmaster. Base Lawmaster is now 12 points + cost of weapons loadout.

Fix to Lawmaster cost

A base Lawmaster now properly costs 5 notoriety before adding weapons options for Justice Department Judges.

City Blocks Resident Mob Fix

City Blocks Resident Mob now appears in the Cool 1 category instead of being categorized.

Block War Update

All of the weapons, profiles and rules from the Block War expansion have been added. This includes new characters, Justice Department, Citi-Def, Klegg and City Blocks models.
The way character Judges equip weapons and Lawmasters has been fixed. Lawmasters can now be added to Dredd and Anderson and then weapon loadouts for Lawmasters can be set.

The Angel Gang Update

The Angel Gang has been updated to allow the members to be fully leveled up.
Page references have been updated for all the models, armour, weapons, equipment and talents.

JDMG (MP2014) Game system and Cats.

There have been Adjustments made to the main game sytem file (See NOTES.txt) mainly page reference numbers and a few layout changes.
The Angel Gang has two models added (Pa Angel and Link Angel) they both can gain and spend experience.
Lone Vigilante force rules updated.

For this release the older WIP rules set has been added to test wether it can work being alongside the newer rules set.
(MP2014) = older Mongoose rules (D10's)
(WG2019) = is the newer Warlord Games rules set (Combat Dice)
So when choosing the game system be sure to select the correct type.
