First release of the OperatorToC++ code. This version includes the core functionality and basic facilities for file IO.

As a case study, this release demonstrates the translation of the Matchete output—for MSSM to SMEFT matching—into C++ source and header files. It also outlines how these files can be used to generate numerical results and store them to file, and includes helper functions in a Python script to simplify the creation of 2D and bar plots from these results.
