BTGS Core v30.2.3 Security Update
Overview
This release introduces a consensus security update to improve protection of the BTGS network and prevent unauthorized spending from designated frozen addresses.

Changes
- Added consensus-level freeze protection for specified BTGS addresses.
- Updated transaction validation rules to reject spends from frozen outputs after the activation block height.
- Improved build and release metadata checks.
- Updated CI workflow verification for BTGS Core version 30.2.3.
Upgrade Notes
All node operators are recommended to upgrade to BTGS Core v30.2.3 before the activation height to remain fully synchronized with the updated consensus rules.
