Waterloo

Server source tarball (Docker deploy), the agent tarball with the wv-agent binary, optional desktop AppImage/deb, plus checksums.sha256, manifest.json, and RELEASE_NOTES.md. There are no pre-built server binaries — the control plane is built on the server from the source package via Docker.
