Changed

Go to series is now the series name in the reader top bar, not a separate
button — clearer, and it drops a button icon that did not render. Clicking
the series name jumps to its series page (fixing a history-handling race that
could bounce you back). The home-rail right-click / long-press menu is
unchanged.
