Unzip it to your favorite location and launch Capture.exe.
The config file is
1st line, width to capture
3rd line, height to capture
5th line, capture start X coordinate
7th line, capture start Y coordinate

The display area changes with each screen click.
1280x720
1600x900
1920x1080
This is the cycle.

Other display area settings cannot be made at this time.

You can change the display area with the escape key.
From initial capture start position
X coordinate 960pixel
Y coordinate 540Pixel
move each.
