Changed

  • Upgrade script progress tracking: grapheon-upgrade.sh now writes step, total_steps, and progress fields to /data/upgrade-status.json so the frontend can render a real progress bar
  • Pre-upgrade backup: upgrade script creates a dated tar.gz backup of database and config files to /data/backups/grapheon-backup-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS.tar.gz before pulling containers. Upgrade aborts if backup fails
  • Upgrade steps are now: (1) Backup data, (2) Pull backend image, (3) Pull frontend image, (4) Restart services, (5) Health check
