MacMax 2026.09.15.1 — R2V mode

Adds R2V to the same MacMax workflow, with a single USE R2V toggle.

• One shared prompt, model stack, canvas size, duration, sampler and output.
• Two linked lazy switches select conditioning and latent together. T2V remains the default.
• A separate reference panel provides two image inputs, video frames with soundtrack, and standalone audio. Loaders start bypassed; choose files before enabling them.
• Reference-image sizing defaults to match. Use <Picture 1>, <Video 1> and <Audio 1> tags in the shared prompt.
• Image-reference R2V (3m14s), switching back to T2V (3m06s), and combined image/video/audio references (3m49s) completed local Parasyte render checks at 0.1 MP / 3 seconds / 8 steps. Full results and limitations are in RELEASE_VALIDATION.md.

Parasyte stays enabled by default. EasyCache and Spectrum remain excluded. R2V combined with Motion Context continuation is not validated; leave continuation off in R2V mode.

Download the ZIP for setup instructions, the workflow and the original default demo. Model weights are separate downloads linked in README. This adds wiring without changing the measured default T2V recipe or its published timings.

MacMax 2026.09.15 — Parasyte on Apple Silicon

One Apple Silicon workflow with Parasyte Turbo enabled and wired by default, a reorganized canvas, and a refreshed setup guide.

• 8-step ER-SDE/beta57, Parasyte 1.5, AdaLN compatibility enabled.
• New default demo with native stereo audio. Measured on a 48 GB M5 Pro: 6m54s at 352×608, 12m52s at 480×864, both 124 frames / 5.17 seconds.
• Functional checks completed for T2V, I2V, first/last frame, Motion Context continuation, ClipProj, GGUF/int8 base paths, 1080p/audio exports, and a fresh ComfyUI installation.
• EasyCache and Spectrum removed: both produced visible artifacts with Parasyte. Do not combine them with turbo LoRAs.
• Installer stops on dependency failures; updated documentation and attribution.

Tested hardware: 48 GB M5 Pro / MPS. Mode checks used small canvases and short clips; they do not establish every hardware configuration or output quality. See README and release validation for exact conditions and results.
