v0.4: Update logger.py

Fixes and New Implementation

• Added pretty colors to the logger to help catch issues, errors, warnings ( and cause blue is cool )
• Fixed random issue with stats logger not loading quickly enough because of random cog loading order
• Added server version detection and output the information to the update status command
• Different variants and different hosts have issue with the binding, updated to prevent server starting and no connection possible
• Factorio install location would randomly go to /factorio/factorio (Like the 10th time fixing this shit)
• Detection and Invalid registration fix
