1.4.2: debt as filed, foreign quarters, new financings — and no bin/
- Debt as the balance sheet shows it.
get_companyandget_financialsgive debt as the sum of the debt lines of the filed balance sheet, at the date of the cash, each line with its label and the page on sec.gov (debtSource). 0 means no debt line; null means unknown, never zero. Finance leases on their own line are left out;includesFinanceLeasessays when a company presents them inside its debt. - Foreign companies, quarter by quarter. A foreign issuer files once a year, but several publish their quarterly statements in between (ASML, Nebius, STMicro and others):
get_financialsnow includes those quarters, each with its filing andaudited: false. - What a company raised since its last balance sheet. Notes, loans and share offerings filed since the balance sheet date — amount, coupon, maturity, status and the sentence they come from — in
get_company, and on each filing inget_filings. - Filings without the noise.
get_filingsleaves insider filings (Forms 3, 4, 5 and 144) out by default;insiders: truebrings them back, and their purchases and sales stay summed ininsiderFlow90d. - No
bin/directory. The stdio bridge moves tobridge/, a plain script run with node: Claude Code would have putbin/on its BashPATH, and claude.ai and Cowork don't install a plugin that has one. The npm commandsiliconfloor-mcpand the container work as before.
Skill and tool reference regenerated from the server's tools/list. The npm bridge is unchanged (1.4.0).
1.4.1: short float, and the bridge as a container
- Short float.
get_companyreturns the short float next to FINRA short interest: shares sold short divided by a float counted from SEC filings — the class listed under the ticker, minus what directors, officers, holders of more than 10%, Schedule 13D filers and tracked companies report holding, each named with its reason. Short interest as a share of the company now uses the listed class too. - People without their SEC identifier. Tools that name a person return their holder key, or their name and a company where they file ("Larry Ellison (ORCL)"), which
get_holdersreads back. Filing links point to the company's EDGAR folder. - The bridge as a container.
Dockerfileruns the stdio bridge (siliconfloor-mcp) for directories that start a server to read its tools. It forwards to https://siliconfloor.com/mcp and holds no data.
Skill and tool reference regenerated from the server's tools/list. The npm bridge is unchanged (1.4.0).
1.4.0
1.3.0: what insiders and hedge funds bought and sold each quarter
What did insiders sell this quarter? What did hedge funds buy? Two new tools answer it for the 220 AI and semiconductor stocks Silicon Floor tracks, straight from SEC filings:
get_insider_trading: CEO, founder and director sales and purchases from Form 4, quarter by quarter. The biggest sellers and buyers with what they still hold and the filing behind each, the companies most sold and bought by their own insiders, sales by role, new insiders.quarter: "current"for the quarter in progress. Q3 2026: $8.2B sold by 539 people, $21.4M bought by 34.get_fund_flows: what hedge funds and institutions did, from every 13F. Net flows, where the money went by sector, the most bought and sold stocks, the biggest moves of named funds, new big bets, whose picks paid off.
The server now has eighteen read-only tools. The research skill knows when to use the new ones and how to read them: insider sales include private ones, and many large sales follow pre-arranged 10b5-1 plans.
Same pages on the site: siliconfloor.com/insider-trading and siliconfloor.com/big-money. Free, no account, no API key: https://siliconfloor.com/mcp.
Silicon Floor 1.2.0
GitHub Copilot CLI. The repository now carries an Agent Plugins manifest (plugin.json, mcp.json at the root), so Copilot CLI installs the Silicon Floor MCP server and the research skill:
copilot plugin marketplace add Baptoshi/silicon-floor
copilot plugin install silicon-floor@siliconfloor
The research skill alone, for any agent that supports Agent Skills: npx skills add Baptoshi/silicon-floor.
The Claude Code plugin and the Gemini CLI extension are unchanged apart from the version.
Silicon Floor 1.1.2
The server now stores daily prices adjusted for share splits only — the prices that traded, in today's shares — instead of prices that also subtracted every dividend from the past (which put a 4% yielder 16% below its real 2021 price). The tool reference says so for get_price_history and get_market (past market caps now come from those closes); manager performance reinvests dividends and spin-offs separately.
Silicon Floor 1.1.1
Accuracy fixes in the research skill and its tool reference: get_company now says where each figure comes from (fundamentals from the company's XBRL filings, prices and risk from market data, short interest from FINRA), the SpaceX example says the stock is listed (SPCX, since June 2026), and the follow feed is named for what it is (Atom). The skill also says where the MCP server is, for an install of the skill alone.
Silicon Floor 1.1.0
Whose AI picks did best, and how to follow them: get_holders now ranks active managers on what the AI stocks they declared at the start of each quarter returned, held unchanged, against SMH (last quarter, 1, 3 or 5 years), and gives every fund and big shareholder an RSS (Atom) feed of their filings. The research skill, its tool reference, the README and GEMINI.md say what this number is: the performance of declared picks, not of a fund. No server code: the server runs at siliconfloor.com.
Silicon Floor 1.0.0
First release: the Silicon Floor MCP server (https://siliconfloor.com/mcp) as a Claude Code plugin with its research skill, a Gemini CLI extension, and the official MCP Registry entry (com.siliconfloor/silicon-floor). No server code: the server runs at siliconfloor.com.
