Lussac 2 version beta6!

A lot of improvements to the speed thanks to the new SortingAnalyzer from SpikeInterface!

Changelog:

  • Now uses sorting analyzers!
  • Implemented pre-computing to avoid passing through the data multiple times.
  • Implemented load in memory to go faster if enough RAM is available
  • Added the possibility to pre-process the recording.
  • Implemented consensus spike trains in merge_sortings
  • Updated several default parameters files and changed their location
  • Implemented LussacParams to easily load default parameters.
  • Added a timer to show how long a spike-sorting run took.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed a bug where Gaussian filtering was slightly wrong.
  • Fixed a bug where a crash could happen if a module was run with no units (thank you @brandonStell)
  • Fixed a bug in README (thank you @m-beau)
