Changes to MCS

• Changed arguments of compile command to support output path
• Added config default command to reset the MCS configuration to its default values
• Added the default_output_path configuration used when compiling datapacks
• Added verbose option to configuration
• Added async while loops that iterate each in-game tick (check out documentation for more info)

• Finished writing documentation for MCS syntax
