IpPartitioningApp Release
We are excited to announce the release of IpPartitioningApp, an Android application designed to calculate and visualize network subnets based on a given base IP address and host requirements.
Key Features
- Input Base IP Address: Users can enter a base IP address in CIDR notation.
- Host Requirements: Specify the number of hosts required for each subnet, with an optional subnet name.
- Subnet Calculation: The app calculates and displays detailed information about each subnet, including network address, subnet mask, first and last host, broadcast address, and gateway.
- User-Friendly Interface: Simple and intuitive interface for easy input and result visualization.
Installation Instructions

Install the APK: Once the APK is downloaded, open it on your Android device to install the application. You may need to enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings.

Open the App: After installation, open IpPartitioningApp and start calculating your network subnets.
Usage Instructions
- Enter Base IP Address: In the "Enter Base IP Address/CIDR" field, input the base IP address using CIDR notation.
- Enter Host Information: In the "Enter Hosts Information" field, input the number of hosts required for each subnet, using the format
nHost;subnetName. Separate multiple subnets with a comma. - Calculate Subnets: Click the "Calculate" button to compute and display the subnet details.

Example Output
- Subnet 1 (Students):
- Network Address: 193.205.112.0
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.128
- First Host: 193.205.112.1
- Last Host: 193.205.112.126
- Broadcast Address: 193.205.112.127
- Gateway: 193.205.112.1
... and so on for each subnet.
