  • Video analysis now records a structured outcome for every analyzer. MCP
    analyze_video returns the same outcomes, so clients can distinguish disabled stages
    from model initialization and execution failures without parsing logs. Saved analysis
    JSON from earlier versions does not contain the required outcome records; regenerate
    it before loading it with this version.
  • A real stdio MCP verification harness now exercises analysis, catalog construction,
    plan validation, and rendering with a selectable scene-caption model.
