Base Context 1.0.2

Patch release for RPC client process-exit handling.

  • Report child-process exit or spawn failure to pending RPC requests immediately instead of waiting for the request timeout.
  • Skip the shutdown delay when the child has already exited.
  • Keep startup protocol/schema validation and the CLI's explicit or saved model-selection requirement unchanged.

Release checks now select an explicit model for CLI-backed RPC state checks, without authentication or inference calls. SDK and direct-daemon unselected-model checks remain separate.

This release does not change model-provider authentication, provider selection, context guards, subagent capacity, daemon protocol13/schema49, or the installer/runtime policy. It does not introduce a new benchmark result.
