Auto-generated: stamps desktop/windows/package.json to v1.0.14 to match the v1.0.14-windows release.

Thanks for keeping the Windows release metadata in sync.

I reviewed this statically because this is an automated release/package metadata PR with skipped CI. The current head only changes desktop/windows/package.json from 1.0.8 to 1.0.14, and I verified the v1.0.14-windows tag points at this same head SHA (c03dcfa53980e9f2ab0277299ea3d6cab781d9b7). I don't see a code-level issue in the diff.

Because this touches release/package metadata and the checks are intentionally skipped, I’m leaving this as a positive maintainer signal rather than a formal approval. A human maintainer should still confirm that syncing this version back to main is the intended release bookkeeping before merge.
