Why this build:

  • Package build succeeded
  • App process launched and stayed alive in smoke test
  • Full Windows test suite passed under Node 22 (583 passed, 3 skipped)

Why not PR #9894 today:

  • Full suite failed twice under Node 22 with 5s UI test timeouts
  • PR is currently CONFLICTING / DIRTY on GitHub and not mergeable as-is

Notes:

  • This is a manual installer release, not the new auto-update feed.
  • The current main branch does not emit latest.yml, so auto-update is not wired in this build.
