Automated Windows beta build for v1.0.1.

Unsigned build — Windows SmartScreen will warn "unknown publisher". Signing activates automatically once the Azure Trusted Signing secrets are set (see desktop/windows/docs/release-pipeline.md).

Install: download and run omi-setup.exe.

Note: omi-setup.exe is a manually-verified build (owner-tested 2026-07-22, sha256 22d93727f515...) replacing the original CI artifact, which crashed on launch with a missing ms module (electron-builder asar collection gap — fix tracked for the next release). Omi-for-Windows-Setup-1.0.1.exe is the original CI artifact kept for reference; prefer omi-setup.exe.
