Thanks for the report!

This seems to be GoLand customized by NixOS.
The Java runtime used by the IDE was apparently changed to JDK 21, but AFAIK all 2026.1 IDEs require JDK 25. That's why the exception was shown. BashSupport Pro for 2026.1 was built against JDK 25, but the NixOS IDE package is still on JDK 21.
See https://github.com/JetBrains/JetBrainsRuntime for the JDK versions used by the IDEs.

I also just downloaded GoLand via ToolBox and verified that JetBrains' official package is bundling JDK 25.

If you think that JDK 21 is the base runtime version of the 2026.1 or if you know why NixOS changes the runtime version, please let me know.

At https://platform.jetbrains.com/t/compile-with-java-25-or-21-for-2026-1/4029/2 JetBrains explained that they compile against 21 but run with 25. It seems to be safe to do the same, I'll try to make this change for the next update, but still need to test the language level change.

Version 5.0.10 has been released and should run with Java 21.
