Made the pop-up load much faster by using service worker caching

  • Replace js minifier (to support latest ECMAscript features)
  • First launch stays until account added
  • hide signin button in subsequent popups
  • Table modifications shouldn't cause reload
  • First launch screen
  • cached popup is interactable again
  • generateTable makes entire table (container & table, as opposed to just table, needed for caching)
  • Cache generated table
